“SMAT” stands for “School of Missionary Aviation Technology.” We provide mission-driven students with FAA-certified training in aircraft maintenance and flight. Our specialty is preparing individuals to serve the Lord in mission aviation.
What we offer at SMAT is a professional, certified curriculum in a warm and friendly atmosphere. We’re a small school with small class sizes so students have close relationships with instructors and other students. You will find that everyone at SMAT shares a common goal which is to make an impact on God’s kingdom through aviation.
Learn about the benefits of attending SMAT: one of the few A&P & Flight programs you can complete in just twelve months; FAA-approved curriculum; uniform aircraft training fleet; low student-to-instructor ratio; customized training for various mission fields; etc.
